Marian Keen, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant providing General Health and Aesthetics services at Cleveland Family Health. She finds her work deeply rewarding and enjoys developing lasting relationships with the families in her care.

Marian earned her Doctorate of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg in 2019 and a Masters in Medical Science at Methodist University in 2008. Upon graduation, she accepted a position in Emergency Medicine. Over the last fifteen years, Marian broadened her skill set while providing care in Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, Urgent Care and Aesthetics. These roles allow her to work in partnership with her patients, helping them improve their health and wellness. Family practice enables Marian to see the results of her efforts and to have a positive impact on entire families.

As the head of Cleveland Family Health, Marian is excited to offer aesthetic treatments to men and women from in and around Garner, North Carolina. She understands that looking your best often translates to feeling your best, which is why she made the decision to add the latest proven aesthetic options to her already impressive professional services.

Jamie Bledsoe FNP-BC is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with clinical interests in Family Medicine, Preventative Health and Wellness. Additionally she is certified injector for Botox and dermal fillers, and is committed to serving patients at Cleveland Family Health and Medical Spa here in Garner, North Carolina.

She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and graduated from Santa Monica College, in 2001 with her Associate’s Degree in Nursing . She obtained her Master's of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University where she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, an international honor society of nursing. She has spent the last 23 years of her career working in North Carolina in Emergency Medicine & Family Practice. . 

On her days off she enjoys staying home with her husband and children and enjoying the outdoors. She loves new and exciting cuisines, so if you have any restaurant recommendations let her know!

 Amy Wilson oversees all aspects of the practice. Growing up in Harnett County and traveling all over the state has allowed her to see the need in our community for great Primary Care. With over 25 years of experience and having previously served as Vice President of Operations for a national company, Amy brings to the practice knowledge of all aspects needed to have a medical practice that will suit your needs. Amy is available for all administrative questions including billing. She serves as the liaison between our UNC Health Alliance and Community Care of North Carolina.
